Lying on the Natural Ground
Your skin-to-earth contact can be maximized by lying on the ground. This means that lounging on a sandy beach can do more for you than simply catching a tan. Grassy parks are great places to practice this method of earthing too.
Submerging in Water
Water actually supplies the same grounding benefits provided by the physical earth. Wading in the ocean or swimming in a natural body of water can be wonderful ways to soak in the healing benefits of nature.
