My favorite thing in the morning for a light and quick breakfast is my infamous green gawdhess smoothie. It can replace your breakfast or pair perfectly with my favorite egg whites and spinach muffin bites.
I am always eyeing my recipes but this is a good start to make one for yourself:
- 2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berry
Sometimes I add a scoop of protein powder or an frozen acai packet from Trader Joe's for extra nutrients.
